these are a few of my favourite things

• hearing the song brown eyed girl
• sunshine
• the perfect spring/summer day when you don't have to wear a coat and your toes aren't cold even though you're wearing sandals
• hearing Bailey laugh
• holding Livia on Saturday- she smelled so good... you know- that new baby smell? heaven
• getting an ear massage (seriuosly it's awesome)
• relaxing with friends...
• people watching
• dragon boating
• hearing me laughing (something i don't feel i've done enough of lately)
• thinking of vacation
• opening the sunroof of my car
• napping on a dreary rainy sunday morning with the cool breeze coming through the open window, being all cuddled in my comfy duvet with my adorable cat taking up 3/4 of my pillow
• quittin' time at work
• my comfy new green walking shoes
• realizing that exactly one month from right now, I'll be at home in K-ville for a one week vaca, likely lying in a twin-size bed unable to sleep cuz my cat will be taking up 3/4 of my pillow and my niece will be taking up 3/4 of the bed. Even though she's five, it's amazing how much room she can take up over the course of a night.
• getting advice from Orlando- my smartest car guy friend. I wish he was with me to help me pick out a car. I'm contemplating paying him to fly here for a weekend from Missouri to help.
